5. USE OF TRACKING PIXELS
Information about the attractiveness of our online offer is very important to us and helps us to constantly optimize our website. For this reason, we load tracking pixels (small graphics) on our site. When you open the page, the server loads and registers the pixel on your browser. This way we can see which websites you have visited, how often, which region you are from and which campaigns have been carried out. We capture your IP address in abbreviated form, so that user identification is not possible in any case. The identity of the visitor thus remains anonymous.
6. Retargeting in Remarketing
This website uses procedures in which it marks the user of the website and then addresses them again on other pages with targeted ads (eg our website). Our goal is to acquaint our users, as much as possible, with the same or similar interests that interest them. Specifically, these are the procedures described below.
6.1. Google Re / Marketing Services:
The provider uses the remarketing function on the website – or “similar target groups” of Google Inc. (“Google”). With this feature, a provider can target visitors to a website by showing personalized ads based on their interest to the website visitor, even when they visit other ad pages on the Google Display Network. Google uses cookies to analyze the use of websites, which is the basis for preparing a user-tailored offer. To this end, Google stores a small file with a number combination in the browsers of website visitors. This numerical combination captures website visits and anonymized website usage data. Personal data of website visitors is not stored. If you later visit another website on the Google Display Network, you’re more likely to see ads that reflect previously viewed products and areas of interest. You can permanently prevent the use of cookies by following them
Download and install the link below and through the plugin on this page:
https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin.
Alternatively, you can prevent the use of third-party cookies by calling the Network Advertising Initiative page at: http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and following the instructions on the same page. (Opt-out). More information about Google Remarketing and Google’s privacy statement can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en_US
6.2. Google Double Click Cookie:
This website also uses DoubleClick-Cookies as part of the use of Google Analytics (see below), which allows you to recognize your browser even when you visit other websites. Information about your use of a particular website obtained through cookies is transmitted to and stored by Google’s server in the United States. Your IP address is shortened by activating IP anonymization on this page before transmitting within the territory of the Member States of the European Union and other countries party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will we forward your full IP address to a server in the US and shorten it there. We will not use the anonymized IP address provided by Google Analytics from your browser with other data.
Google will use this information for the purpose of producing reports on your activities on individual pages and providing you with several services relating to your use of the web pages. Google will also provide this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process this information on behalf of Google. You can disable Google cookies by opening a list of viewed ads. Alternatively, users can disable third-party cookies by calling the Display Network cookies deactivation page. You can also disable the loading of cookies by setting your browser accordingly, but we warn you that in this case you will not be able to use the selected website in full. Details on Google’s privacy policy can be found here.
6.3. Google Tag Manager:
We use Google Tag Manager to show you ads that are useful to you. Tool Tag Manager is a cookie-free domain and does not collect personal information. This tool serves more to activate other tags that capture data from your site under certain conditions. If you have deactivated at the domain or cookie level, this applies to all search tags (for example, “Google Adwords”, “Double Click” or “Google Analytics”).
If you don’t want Google-Marketing Services to capture this information, you can use Google’s configuration options and opt-out: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated?hl=en_US
6.4. Using Google Adwords Conversion-Tracking:
We use the Google AdWords online advertising program and conversion tracking as part of this. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis tool provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). When you click on a Google advertising message, a conversion tracking cookie is loaded on your computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and do not allow user identification.
If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookies have not yet expired, Google and we may determine that you have clicked on the ad and have been guided forward to that page. Each Google AdWords user receives a different cookie. Thus, there is no way to track user cookies on AdWords user websites.
We use the information we collect from conversion tracking to produce conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. In doing so, users find out the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were guided to the page containing the Conversion-Trackin-Tag. However, they do not contain information that could be used to personally identify the user.
If you do not want your browsing to be monitored, you can prevent the use of this tool by disabling the loading of cookies by setting your browser accordingly (deactivation option). Doing so will not capture your conversion tracking statistics. More information and Google’s privacy statement can be found at:
- https://policies.google.com/privacy
6.5. Facebook Retargeting
We also advertise for this website on the Facebook platform via Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA). For this purpose, Facebook loads visitors to our page with a cookie, which enables advertising that suits your interests with an anonymized user ID and on the basis of data on visited pages. As a Facebook user, you can deactivate Retargeting cookies by following the link below:
You can also set your browser to notify you about the use of cookies, and you will be able to decide for yourself which cookies you will allow, or you will be able to use cookies in certain cases or even disable them completely. If you do not enable cookies, the operation of our website may be somewhat limited.
7. Use of analytical tools
On this page, we use tools to perform various analyzes in order to be able to adapt the offer and advertising to the needs of customers.
7.1. Google Analytics:
This site uses Google Analytics services provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to analyze website visits. The provider uses “cookies” – text files stored on your computer. The information collected through cookies is typically sent to a Google server in the US and stored there.
On this page, your IP address is anonymized. The user’s IP address is abbreviated in the EU Member States and the European Economic Area. Due to this abbreviation, your IP no longer represents personal information. As part of the data processing agreement concluded by the website operators with Google Inc., Google Inc. uses the information collected to evaluate the use of the website and the activities on it and to provide services related to the use of the Internet.
You can disable the loading and storage of cookies on your computer by changing the appropriate settings of your browser. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to use all the functions of the website without restrictions if your browser does not allow cookies.
You can also use the browser plug-in to prevent information collected through cookies (including IP address) from being passed on to Google Inc. and used there. The following link will connect you to the appropriate plug-in:
You will find more detailed information about the use of cookies by Google Inc at this link:

This website uses Hotjar, an analysis tool from Hotjar Ltd. (“Hotjar”). (http://www.hotjar.com, 3 Lyons Range, 20 Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 1640, Malta, Europe). With Hotjar we can measure and evaluate the use of our website (clicks, mouse movements, the function of scrolling up and down, etc.). Information about your visit to the website, generated on our website using the tracking code and cookie, will be transmitted in a pseudonymous or anonymised form (these tools have been configured so that personal data cannot be processed!) To Hotjar’s server in Ireland and they will be fed there. You can prevent the collection of data with Hotjar by clicking on the following link and following the instructions. https://www.hotjar.com/legal/compliance/opt-out
8. Other tools
8.1. Using videos (Youtube):
This website uses YouTube’s integration feature to view and play Youtube videos. To do this, it uses an extended mode of personal data protection, which, according to the provider, only stores user data when the video / recordings are played. When you start playing integrated YouTube videos, it loads “Youtube” cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to “Youtube”, these cookies are also intended, among other things, for Youtube to compile video viewing statistics and make the offer more user-friendly, as well as to prevent malicious actions.
Whether or not you’re playing uploaded videos, every time you call this page, you’re connected to Google’s “Doubleclick” network, which can lead to further data processing, which we can’t control. You can find more detailed information about the protection of personal data of the “YouTube” provider in their privacy statement at the following link:
